Enable Third-Party Cookies
Required for our application to work properly
Our application requires third-party cookies to be enabled in your browser. Without them, data will load improperly and you may experience issues with the application.
Please follow the instructions below for your browser, then return to the login page and try again.
Google Chrome
Desktop (Windows or Mac):
- Click the Chrome menu icon (three dots) in the upper right corner
- Select Settings
- Scroll down and click on Privacy and security in the left sidebar
- Click Cookies and other site data
- Make sure "Block third-party cookies" is NOT selected
Mobile (Android):
- Tap the three dots menu in the upper right
- Tap Settings
- Tap Site settings
- Tap Cookies
- Make sure "Block third-party cookies" is turned OFF
iPhone or iPad:
- Open your device Settings (not Chrome settings)
- Scroll down and tap Chrome
- Enable the Allow Cross-Website Tracking slider
Safari
Mac:
- Click Safari in the top menu bar
- Select Preferences
- Click the Privacy tab
- Ensure "Prevent cross-site tracking" is NOT checked
- Ensure "Block all cookies" is NOT checked
iPhone or iPad:
- Open your device Settings
- Scroll down and tap Safari
- Turn OFF "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking"
- Make sure "Block All Cookies" is turned OFF
Firefox
Desktop (Windows or Mac):
- Click the Menu button (three horizontal lines) in the upper right
- Select Settings or Options
- Click Privacy & Security in the left sidebar
- Under "Enhanced Tracking Protection", select Standard mode
- Under "Cookies and Site Data", make sure "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" is NOT checked
Mobile (Android or iOS):
- Tap the three-dot menu in the bottom right
- Tap Settings
- Tap Privacy & Security
- Tap Enhanced Tracking Protection
- Select Standard mode
Microsoft Edge
Desktop (Windows or Mac):
- Click the three-dot menu in the upper right
- Select Settings
- Click Cookies and site permissions in the left sidebar
- Click Manage and delete cookies and site data
- Make sure "Block third-party cookies" is turned OFF
